Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Management

• · Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• · Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• · Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• · Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• · Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• · Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and financial records.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• · Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• · Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• · Manage statutory filings and financial documentation.

Payroll & Expense Management

• · Supervise payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• · Monitor company expenses and ensure cost optimization.
• · Approve financial transactions in accordance with company policies.

Audit & Risk Management

• · Coordinate internal and external audits.
• · Develop and strengthen internal financial controls.
• · Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis

• · Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• · Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• · Present key financial insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• · Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• · CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) will be preferred.
• · 4–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• · Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.
• · Experience with Tally ERP, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
