This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Gurugram. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media accounts, implementing engaging marketing strategies, content creation, and media planning. The role also involves analyzing metrics to improve outreach, ensuring brand consistency across social platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
• Strong Media Planning and Communication skills
• Experience in Writing and crafting engaging content for digital platforms
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Knowledge of emerging social media trends and tools
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or lifesciences industry is a plus
