Role Description The Branch Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Godhra. The Branch Manager oversees branch operations, drives sales of life insurance products, and ensures that customer service standards are consistently met. This includes managing and mentoring branch staff, setting and tracking performance targets, and implementing sales and marketing initiatives aligned with company strategy. The role involves monitoring compliance with regulatory and company policies, reviewing branch performance data, and taking corrective actions where needed. The Branch Manager also builds and maintains relationships with customers and local partners to enhance business growth and brand presence in the region.

• Solid experience in branch operations, sales management, and customer service in financial services or insurance.
• Strong people management skills, including team leadership, coaching, performance monitoring, and staff development.
• Ability to drive business growth through local market understanding, relationship building, and execution of sales and marketing plans.
• Proficiency in analyzing branch performance reports, managing targets, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; postgraduate qualification or insurance certifications (such as LIC or IRDA-related training) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in life insurance or banking, and familiarity with Godhra or surrounding markets, is highly beneficial.
