Role Description The Insurance Manager role at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Insurance Manager will oversee insurance operations, including policy administration, compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales performance for assigned products or regions, guiding and supporting team members, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. The role involves analyzing financial and insurance data, identifying business opportunities, preparing reports, and implementing strategies to meet sales and service targets. The Insurance Manager will also work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve escalations and enhance processes that improve customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Finance and Insurance to manage policies, assess risk, and interpret financial data.
• Demonstrated Team Management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and motivating diverse teams.
• Proven Customer Service skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Successful track record in Sales, preferably in life insurance or financial services, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapting to evolving regulatory and market requirements.
