Job Description
- You will be responsible for overseeing the entire branch sales, operations, and administration to ensure smooth functioning. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue generation and enhance profitability of the branch. It will be your duty to lead the team, motivate them, and provide guidance to ensure that the branch meets its targets successfully.
Acquiring new customers for the branch, increasing the Asset under management, and boosting sales of products like debentures, insurance, tour packages, and other offerings will be a key part of your role. As the key custodian, you will be tasked with ensuring that high-quality clients are brought onboard while effectively managing Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
You will also be required to conduct various marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) activities in collaboration with your team to increase market share. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on market trends, conduct market scoping activities, and make informed decisions to align the branch strategies accordingly.,
