Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Odisha. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing business strategies. Key responsibilities include handling customer queries, processing loans, managing finances, and driving branch performance to meet business goals. Also, the Branch Manager will be involved in implementing company policies and working towards enhancing the branchs profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing day-to-day operations and business strategies
• Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills
• Finance management, loan processing, and business development expertise
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the financial sector, particularly in NBFCs, is advantageous
• GL Experience is mandatory.
