Role Overview

Role Name: India Finance Lead

Reporting to: CEO - India

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Finance to work closely with India CEO and Group CFO for India operations with strong focus on FP&A, business finance, and manufacturing cost control. Drive profitability, financial planning, and data backed strategic decision-making to support high-growth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning; drive monthly performance reviews with clear variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, pricing effectiveness, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee manufacturing finance

  Get Hired
  including standard costing, inventory controls, plant performance tracking, and working capital management.
• Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, capex decisions, and business expansion plans.
• Strengthen governance, internal controls, compliance, and risk management across India operations.

Key Qualifications:

• CA with 1014 years experience preferably in FMCG / Food Manufacturing.
• Strong FP&A, commercial finance, and manufacturing finance expertise.
• Strategic thinker with strong business partnering skills.
