Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across UAE, aligning HR initiatives with business objective.
• Provide guidance on regional labor laws and compliance matters, ensuring policies and practices are aligned with local regulations.
• Lead and support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and career development initiative.
• Partner with managers to handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to drive data-informed decision.
• Drive culture-building initiatives that reflect company values and resonate across diverse teams.
• Support organizational development efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a HRBP or equivalent role within the UAE market.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment practices across UAE.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a cross-cultural, multi-country environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English. Chinese is a plus.
