Role Description This is a full-time Mortgage & Protection Advisor role based in Vijayawada with a hybrid working model, combining office-based responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. The advisor will assess client needs, provide tailored advice on residential mortgages, specialist property finance, and protection products, and manage the full application process from initial enquiry to completion. Day-to-day activities include conducting fact-finds, preparing recommendations, sourcing products from a broad lender and provider panel, and ensuring all advice complies with regulatory and company standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders, and delivering a clear, client-centered experience. Advisors are expected to build and manage a pipeline of clients, contribute to business growth, and uphold ethical, non-discriminatory practices in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Mortgages and Finance, with the ability to explain complex lending solutions clearly and confidently.
• Expertise in Financial Planning, including protection planning and long-term planning strategies tailored to diverse client needs.
• Relevant professional qualification such as CeMAP (or equivalent), demonstrating competency to provide regulated mortgage advice.
• Understanding of Mortgage Marketing principles, including client acquisition, lead management, and maintaining professional relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and document management platforms; prior experience in financial services advisory is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize workload, and collaborate with colleagues to support shared business goals.
