Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Scrutinize documents for account opening and service request processing.
• Perform data entry for account opening and service requests.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Liaise with other teams within Retail Liability Operations to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of issues.

What We Are Looking For

Education

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role.
