Role/ Job Title: Territory manager
Function/ Department: Retail Assets
Job Purpose:
Territory Manager will be responsible for driving the business of EIL within the assigned territory.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Loan against Property products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the banks Loan against Property offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of Loan against Property services to customers.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Graduation: Bachelors degree any relevant stream
- Post-graduation: Any Stream
Experience: 03+ years of relevant experience.
