Associate Product Manager (APM) Risk POD
Role Summary:
We are looking for an APM to drive and grow our Risk POD, working closely with the senior product/business lead for the POD. This role sits at the intersection of product, client engagement, and business growth you will help run a live POD (business unit) generating roughly 5 crore in annual revenue, with a clear mandate to help double it to ~10 crore over the next 3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product outcomes for the Vendor DD and Sitescan offerings, from roadmap inputs to client delivery, under the guidance of senior product/business leadership.
- Act as a key client-facing point of contact, building trust and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Apply structured problem-solving to diagnose issues in product performance, client escalations, or process gaps, and help drive them to resolution.
- Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations to clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Leverage Claude and other AI tools as part of daily workflow to improve speed, quality, and decision-making.
- Support the P&L for the POD track performance against the 5 crore baseline and the 3-year doubling target, and flag course corrections as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a product management or product-adjacent role, preferably with direct client-facing exposure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage client stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools to deliver working prototypes independently of tech.
- Strong presentation skills, able to structure and deliver a narrative clearly to varied audiences.
- Demonstrated structured problem-solving ability comfortable breaking down ambiguous situations into actionable steps.

- Willingness to take on shared ownership of a business unit with an explicit, measurable growth target, with support from senior leadership.
What Success Looks Like:
- Steady growth of the Vendor DD and Sitescan POD from ~5 crore to ~10 crore in annual business within 3 years.
- Strong client retention and expansion within the existing account base.
- Consistent, structured use of AI tooling (including Claude) embedded into day-to-day product and client workflows.
