Job Description
1. Business Strategy & P&L Management:
- Own the overall P&L, portfolio growth, profitability, and market share of the Leasing business.
- Define and execute the business strategy across Plant & Commercial Machinery Leasing, Healthcare Equipment Leasing, IT Asset Leasing, and Employee Car Leasing.
- Drive achievement of portfolio, NII, fee income, and profitability targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
2. Business Growth & Market Expansion:
- Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments, and industry verticals to expand the leasing franchise.
- Drive acquisition and portfolio expansion across targeted sectors and geographies.
- Develop scalable business models to strengthen market leadership in the leasing space.
3. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, equipment manufacturers, healthcare equipment providers, technology companies, automobile manufacturers, leasing intermediaries, and ecosystem partners.
- Drive co-created business solutions with partners to strengthen competitive positioning and improve customer value propositions.
4. Product Development & Innovation:
- Drive development and enhancement of leasing products aligned to evolving customer and industry requirements.
- Identify emerging trends and develop innovative financing solutions across asset classes.
- Support digitization and modernization of leasing offerings and customer journeys.
5. Portfolio Quality & Risk Governance:
- Ensure portfolio growth is aligned with approved risk appetite and return expectations.
- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency trends, asset performance, and concentration risks.
- Partner with Credit and Risk teams to maintain sustainable and profitable growth.
6. Sales, Distribution & Customer Excellence:

- Provide strategic direction to sales and distribution teams to drive business growth and productivity.
- Strengthen customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management frameworks.
- Ensure superior customer experience across the leasing lifecycle.
7. Operational Excellence & Digital Transformation:
- Drive simplification, standardization, and automation of business processes.
- Improve operational efficiency, turnaround times, and scalability through technology and process improvements.
- Leverage analytics and digital capabilities to enhance business performance and decision-making.
8. Leadership & Organization Development:
- Build and develop a high-performing national leasing organization.
- Drive succession planning, capability development, and leadership effectiveness across teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, innovation, and customer centricity.
