Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Technical and Functional Training vertical in Mumbai. In this capacity, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, identifying critical skill gaps and designing high-impact learning interventions that drive organizational performance. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of training programs, from initial needs analysis to final impact assessment, ensuring that our workforce remains at the cutting edge of industry standards. By bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and functional excellence, you will directly influence employee productivity, retention, and the overall scalability of our business operations. This role demands a high-touch approach to stakeholder management, requiring you to navigate cross-functional dynamics to deliver training solutions that align with our long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis across various departments to identify technical and functional skill gaps that hinder operational efficiency.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of large-scale training programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.
- Leverage HR analytics to measure the ROI of training initiatives, providing data-backed insights to leadership regarding skill progression and performance improvements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the seamless delivery of specialized training programs that meet evolving business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in the learning ecosystem by incorporating feedback loops and modern pedagogical techniques to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.

- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred, complemented by 5 to 12 years of experience in a high-growth corporate environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Mumbai, maintaining high levels of autonomy and professional accountability.
