Life Insurance Policy Administrator

What you will do: You'll handle policy updates, changes, and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibility:

• Maintaining accurate records of life insurance policies.
• Processing policy changes, updates, and endorsements.
• Responding to policyholder inquiries and providing information.
• Preparing and distributing policy documents.
• Assisting with policy issuance and cancellation processes.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of insurance industry principles (preferred).
