Life Insurance Policyholder Service Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be the primary point of contact for policyholders, providing support and resolving issues related to their policies.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless policyholder service.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction scores.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
• Knowledge of life insurance products and processes (preferred).
