• Level 1 Technical Support and Product Queries. Handle Calls, Emails & Chat
• Technical Support to resolve issues related to Hardware and Software, Computer fundamentals, Internet and Networking fundamentals at Office.
• Flexible to travel across India.
• Software Testing
• Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer
• In-depth knowledge of the product that the technician is supporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems and educate users on problem resolutions in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Assist in the QA process of new iterations/updates of the software.
