Job Description
Job Title: Area Legal Manager
Job Location - Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle APF-related legal matters and ensure timely compliance.
- Prepare and maintain legal MIS, reports, and documentation.
- Manage and coordinate legal notices, cases, and agreements within the assigned area.
- Liaise with external advocates, courts, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide legal guidance and support to business and operations teams.
- Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and company legal policies.
Requirements:
- LLB/LLM with relevant experience in legal operations.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, documentation, and reporting.
- Good communication, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
