Hiring: Legal Officer NBFC (Noida)
We are looking for an experienced Legal Officer to support our NBFCs legal, regulatory, and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing & vetting loan documents, agreements, and contracts
- Handling legal notices, arbitration, and litigation coordination
- Ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines for NBFCs
- Supporting recovery, NPA cases, and legal due diligence
- Liaising with external lawyers & law firms
Preferred candidate profile
Requirements:
- LL.B/LL.M with 2 - 5 years of NBFC/Banking legal experience
- Strong understanding of financial laws, recovery laws & regulatory frameworks
- Good drafting, negotiation & communication skills
