Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Managers. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection of loan repayments, managing a team of collection officers, implementing collection strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role will involve monitoring collection activities, analyzing data, and developing reports to support decision-making. Candidates preferring from Thrissur/Palakkad and Alappuzha/Kollam ( 2 positions)

Qualifications

• Experience in loan collection, team management, and strategy implementation
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loan collections
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous team handling experience in the microfinance sector is mandatory.
