Job Description
- Position: Executive Assistant
- Location: Lodhi Road
- Key Responsibilities:-
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to enhance productivity and assist in content creation, research, and analysis
- Manage calendar and correspondence
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communications using AI-assisted tools
- Coordinate with leadership teams across campuses
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including Board meetings
- Track and follow up on action items from meetings and strategic initiatives
- Required Qualifications:-
- Education:-
- Bachelors degree in Science/Technology/Engineering
- MBA from a reputed institution
- Experience & Skills:-
- 7-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in an executive assistant role
- Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools and staying current with AI developments
- Strong technical aptitude and advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Personal Attributes:-
- Age: 30-40 years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
