• About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruitment to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process. This role is ideal for a third-year college student who is interested in building a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic conversations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with interview scheduling and joining formalities.
• Support the team in meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
• Learn and assist with the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing 3rd year of college.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment process and how hiring works.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
• Previous internship experience in HR/recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
