About the Client

Our client is a professionally managed, promoter-driven, high-growth manufacturing group with operations in India and overseas are looking for an Transformational Group Chief Financial Officer.

This is a confidential Board-level leadership opportunity reporting directly to the Chairman, Managing Director and Board.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chairman, MD and Board to drive business growth, profitability and long-term value creation.
• Lead Group Finance across multiple manufacturing businesses and business units.
• Drive strategic finance, budgeting, forecasting, business planning and financial performance.
• Lead treasury, banking relationships, debt funding, working capital optimisation and capital allocation.
• Drive CapEx evaluation, investment decisions and financial governance.
• Oversee taxation, compliance, legal, audit and risk management.
• Lead ERP, SAP and digital finance transformation initiatives.
• Support acquisitions, business expansion and strategic initiatives.
• Build high-performance finance teams across the Group.

Candidate Profile

CA with 23-30 years of post-qualification experience in B2B Manufacturing industries.

• Minimum 5 years as Group CFO / CFO / Finance Director.
• Experience managing businesses with turnover between - 2,000-8,000 Crore.

Preferred Background

• Stable career progression.
• Initial experience with a systems-driven MNC or professionally managed large organization.
• Subsequent leadership experience in a promoter-driven Indian manufacturing group.
• Strong Board, Promoter and CEO partnering experience.

Compensation: 2.25-2.75 Crore
