HR Business Partner - Manufacturing Firm

- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and functional heads.
- Understand business objectives and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Partner with managers on manpower planning, organizational structure and workforce requirements.
- Drive employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation.
- Support performance management, goal setting and performance review processes.
- Identify talent gaps and work with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring requirements.
- Support succession planning, talent reviews and career development initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
- Monitor employee relations and maintain a positive work environment.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to business leaders for better people decisions.
- Drive retention initiatives and identify key attrition trends.

- Support learning and development initiatives based on business and employee needs.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, processes and statutory requirements.
- Partner with leadership on change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Conduct regular employee connect sessions and gather feedback.
- Prepare and present HR dashboards and MIS covering key people metrics.
- Drive HR process improvements and standardization across business functions.
