Job Title: IT Recruiter

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a basic understanding of technical hiring, and the ability to identify quality IT talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment across various technologies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and referrals.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely closures while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• B.Tech (Mandatory).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred

• Exposure to hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, QA, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, or Full Stack.
• Knowledge of Boolean search is an added advantage.
