About the Role:

Impetus Career Consultants is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter (IT) to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and a passion for identifying and hiring top technical talent. This role requires an individual who can efficiently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and meeting hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple technical positions across various technologies.
• Source and attract quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, evaluate candidate suitability, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards and delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS reports, and hiring documentation.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding activities to ensure smooth candidate joining.
• Stay updated with current market trends, hiring practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Tech. is mandatory
• 6 months to 1 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment MIS reporting is preferred.
