• We are hiring immediately for Inbound Technical Support Process For US Shift.

• Job Role: Attaining Inbound calls from customers regarding printers,routers,e mails etc. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software.
• Candidates profile;
• Must have dialled in Outbound Tech process for more than 6 months.
• Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers.
• Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers.
• Must be very fluent in English.
• Must be Comfortable for Night shift.
