We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our advanced analytics and AI team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in traditional data science, machine learning, deep learning, and modern Generative AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions that drive business impact and innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, experimental design, and statistical modeling.
• Must have experience in GenAI, RAG, LLMs fine tuning
• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for business-critical use cases.
• Extensive experience with Python and its data science ecosystem.
