About the Company:
We are seeking an experienced to serve as Product Owner for AI and Data initiatives within our US Wealth Management and Capital Markets business.
This role will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution of innovative AI-powered solutions and data products that enhance client experiences, optimize investment processes, and enable data-driven decision-making across our US wealth management and capital markets operations.

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for AI and data solutions supporting US wealth management and capital markets functions.
- Identify business opportunities where AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics can drive competitive advantage and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features and capabilities.
- Prioritize product backlog based on business value, strategic alignment, and technical feasibility.
AI & Data Product Development:
- Lead the development of AI-powered solutions including predictive analytics, recommendation engines, portfolio optimization tools, and intelligent automation.

- Drive implementation of data products such as IBORs, client 360 views, market intelligence platforms, and advanced reporting dashboards.
- Oversee development of AI solutions across the Wealth management lifecycle.
- Champion responsible AI practices including model governance, bias detection, and explainability.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with US-based wealth advisors, relationship managers, traders, research analysts, and risk teams to understand pain points and requirements.
- Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and software developers to deliver high-quality products.
- Engage with compliance, risk, and regulatory teams to ensure solutions meet all US regulatory requirements.
- Present product updates, demos, and business cases to senior leadership and steering committees.
- Effectively bridge time zone differences and cultural nuances when collaborating with US stakeholders.
Agile Product Management:
- Serve as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum framework, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Write clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Make real-time decisions on product features and trade-offs during development cycles.
- Monitor product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Domain Expertise Application:
- Leverage deep understanding of US wealth management products (investment advisory, portfolio management, financial planning, estate planning, retirement planning, trust services).
- Apply knowledge of US capital markets including equities, fixed income, derivatives, ETFs, mutual funds, and alternative investments.
- Understand US regulatory requirements across wealth management and capital markets (SEC, FINRA, Reg BI, DOL Fiduciary Rule, etc.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the US market.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in US wealth management, capital markets, or financial services.
- 4+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
Required Skills:
- Experience in AI and data product development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of US regulatory requirements.
- Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning.
