Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mahbubabad for a Sales Manager and Relationship Manager at InCred Financial Services. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing client relationships, driving sales strategies to meet targets, and collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires building a network, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring efficient delivery of lending solutions to clients. The Sales Manager and Relationship Manager will also oversee financial management tasks related to their role.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and effective client building.
• Excellent Communication abilities for negotiations, presentations, and fostering trust with clients.
• Solid understanding of Finance concepts to align lending strategies with customer needs.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including setting and achieving targets.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field is preferred.
• Experience in the financial services industry or a sales-related role is a plus.
