• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand hiring needs.

• Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Passion for talent sourcing, recruitment trends, and HR analytics
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn
