This role requires a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students and their families. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct telephonic outreach to prospective students and their families to discuss educational programs and opportunities. - Provide detailed information about courses, admission processes, and career prospects to help students make informed choices. - Utilize telesales techniques to convert inquiries into enrollments, meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of interactions with students and follow up on leads in a timely manner. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching potential students. - Stay updated on industry trends and educational offerings to provide the best advice to students. Required Skills: - Strong telesales and telecalling experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of educational programs and counseling techniques is a plus. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
