Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Generate quality leads through paid marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROI, and conversions.
• Optimize ad campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce costs.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and A/B testing.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and analytics.

1. Graduate in Marketing or a related field.
2. 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing.
3. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
4. Strong understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization.
5. Good analytical skills and a target-oriented approach.
