Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bhayander, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, particularly within the education or EdTech industry. This role involves planning and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality leads through paid marketing efforts. You will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, including cost per lead (CPL), return on investment (ROI), and conversions. Optimizing ad campaigns to improve lead quality while reducing costs is a key responsibility.

In this role, you will conduct audience and keyword research, as well as A/B testing to refine our marketing strategies. You will prepare detailed campaign performance reports and analytics to inform future marketing decisions. Additionally, managing remarketing campaigns and optimizing landing pages will be part of your daily tasks.

To be successful in this position, you should hold a degree in Marketing or a related field and possess hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics. A strong understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization is essential, along with good analytical skills and a target-oriented approach.
