Job Description
- We are seeking an Assistant Service Sales Manager to oversee and enhance our sales operations via agency channels. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and recruiting new agencies to broaden our sales channels, nurturing strong partnerships with existing agency collaborators, offering training and assistance to agencies to enhance sales performance, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and ensuring seamless coordination between agencies and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or channel management, along with a Bachelor's degree. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential for this role. Local candidates are preferred, and the age range for applicants is between 24 to 38 years.
