Job Description
- As a Recruitment Manager for our insurance agency, your primary responsibilities will include recruiting and training insurance agents and advisors, motivating the team, and managing their performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships to ensure positive outcomes and meet targets effectively.
This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day with weekend availability, and there is a performance bonus structure in place to reward your contributions.
