Job Description
Post - Finance Manager
- Job Location -Andheri East- Seepz
- Working days - 5 days
- Salary range - 15LPA
- Industry -Export Jewellery
Responsibility :
- Drafting and maintaining statutory records, minutes, board resolutions, and compliance documents.
- Joint documentation of Consortium banks.
- Strong relationship with lenders, stakeholders, promoters and rating agencies
- Co-ordinating regulatory filings with the ROC, RBI, FEMA and other authorities, including event-based and annual filings.
- Liaising with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and legal professionals for corporate compliance matters.
- Filings of FLA return on FIRMS
- Preparation of Renewal data/Negotiations on Sanction terms/collateral workings
- All Bank compliances including UFCE Monthly/Quarterly/HY/Yearly
- Renewal of LEI
Qualification : MBA finance
