• Key Responsibilities:
• 1. Polymer Development:

• Design, develop, and test new polymer products and processes
• Improve existing polymer products and processes

2. Process Engineering:

• Develop and optimize polymer production processes
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of processes

3. Research and Development:

• Conduct experiments and simulations to understand polymer behavior
• Develop and test new polymer formulations and applications

4. Scale-Up and Commercialization:

• Scale up laboratory processes to commercial production
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth commercialization

5. Quality Control:

• Ensure polymer products meet quality and performance standards
• Develop and implement quality control procedures
