Role Overview:
This is the execution arm of the Office of the Chief Strategy Officer. The AVP turns the CSO's thinking into decks, memos, dashboards, and decisions that move the company. The seat is positioned as the first of two strategy seats - one ex-McKinsey, one ex-BCG - building the muscle of the CSO's office over the next 18 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Strategy-to-Execution Review: Own the monthly pack the CSO presents to CP and the leadership team - progress against the FY plan, top 5 opportunities, top 5 risks, and the actions for the next 30 days.


- Weekly Competitive Intelligence: Monday 1-pager on TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, Genpact, HCLTech, and AI-native peers (Palantir, Glean, Sierra, Decagon). What they announced, what they won, what they lost, what it means for us.
- Board & Investor Narrative: Build and refine the deck the CEO uses with the board, partners, and prospective investors. Own the storyline, the numbers, and the rehearsal.
- M&A and Partnership Pipeline: Maintain a live shortlist of 10 targets - acquisition candidates, minority investments, GTM partnerships. Build 1-page memos with valuation, synergy thesis, and a 100-day integration plan.
- Large Deal Support: Stand alongside the CBO and geo leads on $5M+ deals - buyer research, account intelligence, pricing models, win themes, and the executive narrative.
- Special Projects from the CEO's Office: Cost transformation, geo entry studies (build-vs-buy-vs-partner), pricing strategy, vertical entry theses, AI capability gaps - whatever CP and the CSO need answered fast.
- Analyst & Advisor Relations: Run the engagement cadence with Gartner, Forrester, Everest, HFS, ISG. Brief them on AionOS positioning, mine their reports for insight.
- Industry Forums & AI Summits: Represent AionOS at conferences and CXO roundtables. Build the speaker briefing pack, capture intelligence, follow up on warm leads.
- CP Voice & Thought Leadership: Ghostwrite CP's LinkedIn posts, internal communications, and external articles in his exact style - storyteller arc, geopolitics to tech to client vision, no AI-sounding language.
- Operating Cadence: Run the rhythm of the CSO's office, weekly leadership reviews, action tracking, and clean follow-through on every commitment made by the leadership team.

Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful corporate strategies, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Proven experience in strategy consulting, with a focus on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market planning.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications across various industries.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field from a Tier 1 institute.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
