Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Gurugram, you will serve as the primary architect of our human capital strategy, identifying and attracting top-tier Tech and Non-Tech Talent. You will work closely with department heads and technical leadership to understand evolving project requirements and translate them into effective hiring pipelines. Your day-to-day involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing niche technical profiles to negotiating complex offers. By maintaining a high-touch candidate experience, you will play a critical role in scaling our team and ensuring that AIONOS remains a destination for the best minds in the industry. You will work on AI in Recruitment Process build a roadmap to automate hiring.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment mandates for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications and competency frameworks, ensuring alignment between candidate profiles and organizational needs.
- Execute advanced sourcing strategies using professional networks, niche job boards, and social media to engage passive candidates in the competitive AI and IT landscape.
- Manage the interview process by coordinating schedules, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating feedback loops to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making.
- Oversee offer management and salary negotiations, ensuring competitive compensation packages that align with internal benchmarks and market standards.
- Build and maintain a robust talent database, fostering long-term relationships with potential hires to reduce time-to-hire for future requirements.
Required Skillset:
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment within the IT/ITeS sector.
- Ability use AI tools in day-to-day process.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and articulating the company's value proposition to high-caliber candidates.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in technical recruitment, ideally within a high-growth technology or AI-focused firm.
