Senior Corporate Lawyers (17- 25 Years PQE)
We are looking to connect with accomplished Senior Corporate Legal Professionals ready to lead high-value, complex commercial transactions in a dynamic in-house environment.
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 days a week)
Preferred Industry Background
Strong preference for candidates with experience in: IT / ITES, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Energy, Private Equity Firms, Investment Banks, Airlines / Aviation, Reputed Law Firms.
Role Overview
This role offers end-to-end ownership across drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including:
>> Vendor Agreements & Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
>> SHAs, SPAs, SSAs
>> Aircraft acquisition, financing & leasing contracts
>> Engineering, digital, software, financial, HR & supply-chain related contracts
You will work closely with senior internal stakeholders and global vendors, manage complex negotiations, and drive contract standardisation initiatives.
