Ground Support Operations Agent

What role you will play in team: You will be the face of IndiGo, ensuring smooth ground operations for our flights.

What you will do: You'll handle passenger check-in, baggage handling, and other ground support tasks, ensuring a positive passenger experience.

Key responsibility:

• Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes.
• Handle baggage loading and unloading.
• Assist passengers with queries and special needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the gate.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols.
• Collaborate with other ground support staff.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
