Job Description

Manager - Talent Acquisition
Seasoned HR professional with 7-10 years of HR experience, with the majority as a recruiter who has handled both bulk-hiring and niche hiring.
Location: Gurgaon
Key job responsibilities:
- Manage external hiring and IJP process.
- The role involves managing service delivery on SLAs for internal and external hiring.
- Creating, managing dashboards for regular updates on hiring
- Proactively identifying issues and highlighting to HRD for prompt resolution


- Develop Colleges as a channel of recruitment.
- Manage a team for allocations, travel plans, drives, etc.
- Sourcing and attracting the right talent and develop more channels of recruitment.
- Responsible for ensuring 100% offer to join ratio.
- Monitor and drive recruitment cost and efficiency.
- Managing/Tracking all recruitments MIS from search to a formal offer
- Manage participation in job fairs to identify talent and create brand awareness.
- Working with the team, develop specific criteria for each search and coordinate the total recruiting project ensuring timely action, cost-effective strategies, and professional and positive contact from all candidates.

- Work with external recruiters, industry associations, national publications, and other sources to develop candidates.
- Ensure that all aspects of the operations are in accordance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure employee development and satisfaction by defining, implementing, developing, and maintaining the Internal Job posting (IJP) at IndiGo
- Support the HR team in implementing employee engagement programs and other activities.
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree (Preferably MBA/PG Diploma in HR) with at least 7-10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Expertise in IT and Non-IT Recruitments and working experience on ATS.
- Good in MS Excel and Reporting Should have experience in mentoring and training the team members.
