Key Job Responsibilities:

• Manage external hiring and the IJP process.
• Manage service delivery on SLAs for internal and external hiring.
• Create and manage hiring dashboards for regular updates.
• Identify issues proactively and highlight them to HRD for quick resolution.
• Develop colleges as a recruitment channel.
• Manage a team for allocations, travel plans, hiring drives, etc.
• Source and attract the right talent; develop new recruitment channels.
• Ensure 100% offer-to-join ratio.
• Monitor and drive recruitment cost and efficiency.
• Track and manage complete recruitment MIS from search to formal offer.
• Participate in job fairs to identify talent and build brand awareness.
• Develop search criteria for each hiring requirement and coordinate end-to-end recruitment.
• Work with external recruiters, associations, publications, and other sources to build candidate pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Ensure employee development and satisfaction through effective IJP processes.
• Support HR team in employee engagement programs.

Education & Experience:

• Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) with 8-10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Expertise in IT Recruitment and hands-on experience with ATS.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and reporting.
• Experience in mentoring and training team members.
