Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage external hiring and the IJP process.
- Manage service delivery on SLAs for internal and external hiring.
- Create and manage hiring dashboards for regular updates.
- Identify issues proactively and highlight them to HRD for quick resolution.
- Develop colleges as a recruitment channel.
- Manage a team for allocations, travel plans, hiring drives, etc.
- Ensure 100% offer-to-join ratio.
- Monitor and drive recruitment cost and efficiency.
- Track and manage complete recruitment MIS from search to formal offer.
- Participate in job fairs to identify talent and build brand awareness.
- Develop search criteria for each hiring requirement and coordinate end-to-end recruitment.
- Work with external recruiters, associations, publications, and other sources to build candidate pipelines.

- Ensure employee development and satisfaction through effective IJP processes.
- Support HR team in employee engagement programs.
Education & Experience:
- Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) with 8-10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Expertise in IT Recruitment and hands-on experience with ATS.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and reporting.
- Experience in mentoring and training team members.
