Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This position is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, nurturing long-term relationships with farmers, food processors, and industrial clients, and identifying new business opportunities in solar and hybrid drying solutions. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies. The role also involves coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support, while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. The Account Executive will be expected to meet sales targets, provide market feedback, and contribute to sales strategies that support the companys mission of sustainable, clean-energy-based agribusiness solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in client relationship management, account servicing, and customer support, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Experience in sales, business development, and negotiation, preferably within renewable energy, agricultural technology, or industrial equipment sectors.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner to diverse stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software for tracking leads and managing pipelines.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of solar energy solutions, agribusiness processes, or post-harvest technologies is an advantage.
• Comfort with fieldwork, client site visits, and on-site coordination in and around Ludhiana.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to operate in a performance-driven environment.
