Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Business Head located in Salem. The Branch Business Head will oversee branch operations, manage sales performance, achieve revenue targets, and ensure exceptional customer service delivery. Responsibilities also include team management, credit quality monitoring, and compliance with company guidelines and statutory regulations. The role requires leadership in business development and relationship management with existing and potential clients to drive branch success and growth.

• Experience in credit assessment, loan processing, and maintaining credit quality

• In-depth knowledge of the financial services sector with a focus on lending and credit products
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with relevant work experience
