Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Nagercoil. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies,. Key duties include customer relationship management, business development, ensuring compliance with company policies, and reporting on branch performance.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop effective sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Home loan finance products And Micro Lap , is a plus
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Nagercoil
