Role Description The Social Media Manager role at InfluCon Digitals is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. In this role, the Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across various social media platforms to support client campaigns and brand objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies based on performance data. The role also involves collaborating with designers,video editors, content creators, influencers and marketing strategists, engaging with online communities, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices. The Social Media Manager will work directly with clients to understand their goals and ensure all social media activities align with their broader digital marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing multiple platforms and campaigns.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, including planning content calendars and aligning content with marketing objectives.
• Candidates should possess the ability to analyze social media metrics, use insights to refine strategies, and report performance to stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with social media management tools, basic graphic or video editing tools, and current platform best practices.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing or social media roles; experience in managing D2C and fast fashion brands is prefered

• Salary: 20,000 per month
• Location: Ballygunge, Kolkata
• Timings: Monday to Saturday with Saturdays usually being Work From Home unless specified otherwise.
