About the Role :

We're looking for a business-first marketer who thrives in execution. This role owns the translation of business priorities into GTM programs, content, demand generation and sales enablement. Your strength should be turning strategy into execution with speed, quality and AI-native workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with Product and Sales to translate business priorities into marketing plans.
• Own B2B marketing charters across positioning, GTM, campaigns and sales enablement.
• Build integrated campaigns across content, distribution and demand generation.
• Create marketing collateral, narratives and launch plans.
• Use AI agents and workflows to improve execution quality and productivity.
• Track business impact and optimise using data.
• Support select B2C initiatives where required.

Desired Qualifications / Competencies & Skills :

• 2 - 4 years in consumer internet, B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
• Experience across product marketing, GTM, content or B2B marketing.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents/workflows and an AI-native way of working.
• Excellent written communication and structured thinking.
