Role: ServiceNow IRM

Job Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy & Compliance, VRM, Regulatory Change Management, and BCM.
• Design and implement IRM workflows, risk scoring, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
• Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flows, notifications, SLAs, and reports.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Server integrations with external enterprise systems.
• Perform data imports/exports, troubleshooting, and application support while ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on requirements, design, implementation, and sprint activities.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, configuration, data management, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Risk, Audit, Policy & Compliance, VRM, Regulatory Change Management, and BCM.
• Mandatory: ServiceNow CIS – Risk and Compliance (GRC) certification.
• Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
